Shane Hodyniak

Founder

a Combat Veteran with over a decade of experience in federal and state government contracting, procurement, and contract management. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed over $300 million in IT, cybersecurity, and procurement contracts, overseeing everything from contract negotiations and compliance to vendor management and execution. My expertise spans across government procurement, proposal writing, and acquisition strategy, helping businesses and organizations navigate the complex world of government contracting.


I hold a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Project Management, along with certifications as a Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM), Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD), and Project Management Professional (PMP). As the founder of GovScale Consulting, my mission is to help businesses and nonprofits win, manage, and execute government contracts and grants with confidence. With my deep knowledge of procurement and acquisition, I am committed to empowering clients with the strategies and tools needed to succeed in the government marketplace.

Jamaal Uzziel​

VP of Marketing

As the Vice President of Marketing for Gov Scale Consulting (GSC), I bring over 20 years of leadership experience in government contracting, business development, and strategic acquisitions. With a deep understanding of procurement processes and federal compliance, I drive GSC’s marketing and sales strategies to connect government agencies with innovative solutions.

 

As a Six Sigma Black Belt and data-driven strategist, I leverage analytics, automation, and market insights to position GSC as a trusted partner in the government contracting space. I rely on tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power BI to ensure targeted outreach, optimized campaigns, and measurable results.

 

Beyond marketing, I play a key role in building relationships, driving revenue growth, and scaling operations to meet the evolving needs of federal agencies. As the founder of Uzziel Services LLC, I have a proven track record in business development and contract management, which supports GSC’s mission to streamline procurement and acquisition services. My commitment to operational excellence and strategic planning helps keep GSC at the forefront of the industry, delivering tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance for our government clients.
